Year 5 thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Cadbury World in Bourneville.
We started off the day learning lots of different facts about the Mayan way of life and how it still impacts our lives today.
Following an early lunch, we visited the gift shop and immersed ourselves into the Cadbury World factory tour experience. We wrote our names in melted chocolate, watched chocolate tempering and enjoyed our own pot of gooey goodness!
Before leaving, we found time to visit the 4D cinema, where we went on a rollercoaster ride with Freddo and the Caramel Bunny!
Despite the heat, the children had the wonderful day, even though all of their chocolate bars had melted by the end of the day!
