Year 6 enjoyed a trip to Whitemoor Lakes on Monday 14th February to Wednesday 16th February. Whitemoor Lakes is a residential Outdoor Activity Centre, near Lichfield.
We had three days of fun indoor and outdoor activities: Assault courses, buggy building, aerial assault course, leap of faith, zip wiring, rock climbing, abseiling, team games and a sing-song around the campfire in the evening.
Children had a chance to try something that they had never tried before. Many children faced their fear of heights and were able to climb to the top of the leap of faith tower before jumping for the bar or zip lining whilst upside down!
All the children had a wonderful time and teachers were so proud of how they represented New Hall, with instructors consistently praising their enthusiasm and manners.
