On Tuesday 8th February we were lucky enough to have a visit from author and illustrator Steve Smallman.
Steve has written many fantastic children’s books and shared some of them with us across the day. He also demonstrated his super drawing skills by illustrating the children’s ideas ready for them to use to write their own story.
“That was amazing” was a sentence that most of the teacher’s heard across the day!
We are looking forward to seeing lots of author illustrators emerge from New Hall in the future.
