Year 1 enjoyed their visit to Tamworth Castle.
The children got to use their historical vocabulary to ask questions about the past and discussed the different features of a castle. They completed squire training, helped the lady set the table for a feast and explored the dungeons, battlements and tower.
The children behaved so well and were excellent role models for the school!
